Refund policy

If an order has not yet been sent to production, it can be canceled without issue. If the product is already in production, you cannot cancel or modify it.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact our Customer Service via email @ tillmanandcrooker@gmail.com. It is recommended to include your full name as well as the order number of the item that you would like to cancel or modify to ensure accuracy. On the other hand, if you still want to cancel a processing order, you might be charged the printing fees to cover product material costs.
